- When your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email and thru the store.

- Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.
- No minimum spend is required.
3. Delivery Times
- Standard UK delivery: 3–5 business days.
- All orders are shipped with Royal Mail or a trusted courier.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Delivery Area
- We currently deliver within the UK & EU only.
5. Delays
- We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as courier issues or weather disruptions.
- If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you by email.
6. Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@metalli.co.
- Please include photos of the parcel and product so we can resolve the issue.
