Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Custom or personalised products, including custom metal prints, cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@metalli.co.
- Provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.
- Once approved, we will offer a replacement at no cost to you, or a refund if a replacement is not possible.
3. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@metalli.co with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
- Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or damaged.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at info@metalli.co.
