At Metalli, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your personalised metal photo panel, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support at info@metalli.co within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or defective.

  • We may request photos of the issue to assist with your claim.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
