Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Personalised or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective.
